For The Moment …18 the After Life

As for me, I will behold thy face in righteousness: I shall be satisfied when I awake with thy likeness. Oh, death, where is thy sting? Oh grave, where is thy victory?

After life, there is life, which is an eternal life. Where will you spend eternity? Will it be in Hell with the Devil and his angels in a place where the fires are not quenched in torment forever? Or will you be in Heaven with God and His only begotten son? Jesus Christ, who came to die, was buried and rose again. This same Jesus who gave his life for you so that you can live forever in glory. Accept the Lord Jesus Christ as your Savior and be saved from an eternity in Hell. Owing Jesus Christ as the Lord of your life is the only way to salvation and life after death. ( Psalm 17 verse 15, 1 Corinthians 15 verse 55)

What Do You Think About Christ?

This is a personal question…

Yet To Be #267

When I think about Christ, I see him as my Lord and Saviour.
He is the son of God, the son of his love.
His only begotten son was with him way back in eternity before the world began.

Matthew 22 verse 42

And Jesus asked them saying, What think you of Christ? Whose son is he?

This is a personal question deserving a personal response.

Remembering Jesus’ Love

nothing can separate us from the love of God.

For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 8 verses 38 and 39.

He loves us and cannot deny himself.
He would do everything for his loved ones.
Love, how can we count the ways of this emotion?
His love is like no other.
What can separate us from his love?
Neither height nor depth nor death,
Can separate us from the love of Christ.
He longs for us to be together.
To be in his presence for eternity.
Where he is, we shall one day be there too.

Day 5 of May

Who is He?

And they shall say to me, What is his name? what shall I say unto them?
And God said unto Moses, I AM THAT I AM: and he said, thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I AM hath sent me unto you. Exodus 3 verse 13 and 14

There are about 300 times in the Bible mentioned “I am” beginning with Genesis 15 verse 1 and ending with Revelation 22 verse 16. Most times it gives us a small picture of God’s character. For example when God says to Abram, “I am thy shield and exceeding great reward.” In other words, God is saying he will protect you and keep you safe. He is saying he is a God of love and care. His lovingkindness is incomparable; there is no one like Him.

Is He not beautiful?

In Exodus, God introduces himself as the IAM. He announces His divine person. IAM is present continuous. He is now and forever, the first and the last, the alpha and the omega.

I continue to be what I continue to be and will be. The ever-existing One or He that is to come. From eternity past and will be in eternity.
