Take a breath and exhale,
knowing there is a peace that goes beyond all reasoning.
It is a peace that settles the mind and the heart,
Where all fear is gone, worry disappears, and anger fades.
God knows everything.
Even every hair on our head has a number.
So, take it easy and have no worries about your tomorrow,
Because God takes care of everything.
