For The Moment…120

I was glad when they said unto me, “Let us go into the house of the Lord. Psalm 122 verse 1.

It is a privilege, even an honor, to be able to worship the Lord. If we have the opportunity to meet with others and be together to sing unto the Lord and give thanks to him, that, too, is a blessing.

We don’t have to wait for the Lord’s day, but we have that grace to approach him at all times.

Let us never squander this freedom, this blessing, but let us do it to please our God.

For The Moment…106

So we thy people and sheep of thy pasture will give thee thanks forever; we will shew forth thy praise to all generations. Psalm 79 verse 13.

We have a privilege to call on the name of the Lord at all times, not just to make requests but also to praise him and to give thanks.

Thanks giving is forgotten when we have needs. We look to him for help so easily, and yet to thank him, we have to have a reference point.

How selfish are we to put our needs forward everytimewe approach him.

For a moment, take time to give the Lord a word of praise and thank him not just for what he has done but because he is God and worthy to be praised.

Remembering His Love

He is worthy to be praised.

Morning Thoughts…

God loved me.
He gave the One who was most precious to Him, His only son.
And the Son came willingly to do His Father’s will by taking my place in judgment in exchange for my freedom.
Who am I that God, the Creator, the Most Holy God, should think about me?
I can’t say what He saw in me that his only son should die for me.
I bow my head and my heart before my God.
I praise the Father and the Son.
I fall on my knees in joyful Hallelujah.
He saw me.
He sees me.
He knows me.

From the rising of the sun unto the going down of the same the Lord’s name is to be praised. Psalm 113 verse 3

I will extol thee, my God, O king; and I will bless thy name forever and ever. Psalm 145 verse 1.

Who being the brightness of his glory and the express image of his person.

Prayer Warrior Praises

We praise the Lord for what He did, and for who He is.
The living Son of God.
Who was with God before the beginning, before the worlds were made.
The Son of God’s love, His delight.
We praise the Son of God for becoming that perfect Passover lamb, the perfect sacrifice for the sins of the world.
Whereby, we can call God, the Holy One, our Father as well.
The blood of Jesus the only true Son of God covers us allowing us to approach the Father in all reverence and peace.
Praise the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ, and thank God for His great love to us.

Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high. Hebrews 1:3
