Quiet and Wait and Pay Attention

Yet To Be #274

And say unto him, take heed, and be quiet; fear not, neither be fainthearted. Isaiah 7 verse 4

There is a time for everything.

A time to speak and a time to keep quiet.

keeping your mouth shut can enable you to listen;

Pay attention and check out the lay of the land ahead of you.

You cannot hear the truth if you are making all the noise.

Stay quiet, think and steel your mind against whatever will come your way.

You don’t know the future, so be prepared for the good or the bad.

He has you secured.

Under the name Francis Lee, I write interracial Christian romantic suspense. My stories are about finding enduring love when hope and redemption seem unattainable as danger lurks around every corner. My characters learn that where there is darkness, "joy will always come in the morning".

  1. It sure is
    Thinking of a song I learned as a child. Don’t remember the author.
    “Keep in touch with Jesus. Though the way be dim, let no joy or sorrow sever you from Him; joy or sorrow greet you, friends or foes you meet. Keep in touch with Jesus, He will keep you sweet “
